Hi HP desk top, W10, using chrome or firefox browser. My display has moved about 80mm to the right, I cannot drag it back so I am missing the 80mm of the right side of the display. Help please. Thanks in advance. I have tried a total shutdown / restart.

Check the monitor settings, you can usually adjust the screen position same as you can brightness and contract, this will be buttons on the monitor. the whole desktop would be moved over including the start button

Push auto-adjust on the monitor.
