Alot of the islands in the Hauraki gulf were used as quarantine facilities back in the day.

and yet they are letting tourists in.. and no isolation..

I believe they are too but they have been isolated---well, I hope so.  Perhaps they have family here or travelling back with family but somehow many are getting back in when genuine cases are being declined.

whatever they are doing isnt working, no surprises, nothing else the COL does works either
