You can get the stuff at most health food stores for a fraction of the cost as that brand.
Avoid the unflavoured stuff - I got some on prescription once, and it was vile.
Slippery elm doesn't need flavouring. To be vile.
But boy, it works.
. . . it really gets you going.
Do not take it with a sleeping tablet!
