Well, that's a new one on me, but having heard that Desmond Tutu requested it I googled and I think I might prefer that to the hot version...

Sort of like a choice of roast or soup, or going in the compost

I do think the soup might be the better choice for me. I have this memory of fats dripping and sizzling on the barbecue...

Now there's an idea. This could be turned into a fat burning mean machine. And get a bit of a tan at the same time.
