He's so dodgy though, that he could turn anyone into one.
Possibly the most devious politician we've had - & that's saying something! Dodgy

He's an autistic wanker. Not developed enough to see himself in the world. No insight into his own behaviour. Intelligent but not intelligent enough. Spoilt brat looking for attention. That look on his face tells you it all.

Dodgy

Don't put wonderful Jacinda in the same block of text as silly Seymour, even on the same page, even on the same thread, even on the same forum, even on the same web site, even on the same internet, even in the same country, even in the same species.

For a start Seymour has no empathy, he's incapable of the mind set, Jacinda was/is a saint.

I dunno about snorting or rich mates, but the last time I did lines was when I talked back to my maths teacher in the fourth form.  Tongue

Compared to Seymour, any other Kiwi politician  looks almost brilliant.

Sir Geoffrey Palmer says a trio of ACT sponsored bills are signs of policy & political incompetence.

"A planned programme of measures to be achieved every 100 days has been established. Govt is being run like a for profit company where the single purpose is to make money."

So what exactly has she done to you to stir such a hateful opinion of her?  I mean this is really just schoolyard name-calling at best.

Most folks will have opinions about people and the things they do, some positive, some negative.  But most people think about it and then move on with their lives - but you seem to be fixated long term on her, giving her far more time and attention in your brain cells than most folks would think she deserves under the circumstances.

RE: Regulatory Standards Bill - Oh_hunnihunni - 03-07-2025

And it is not a good look, calling someone like her a ****. Not a good look at all. Ignorant maybe. One of those habits that blows back on the user, not the target.

The reality is she achieved a position in this country that few have, was reelected, was made a Dame, now heads a number of prestigious international organisations, holds a fellowship at Harvard, and is very much in demand as a speaker and as a leader.and is still only just 44...

So, jealousy is what it looks like.

Wow. I had no idea this forum censored language. Asterixes? Really?

Just two words, that and the N word.

There was a discussion about this a few years back iirc and these two were were mentioned as the most offensive to their respective groups.  There was also a poll which was in favour of not filtering so it was just limited to those two.

leftys don't despise 'rich', there are many rich leftys.

But I would suggest they take issue with those that negatively exploit people/resources/planets in order to become rich.

RE: Regulatory Standards Bill - Oh_hunnihunni - 04-07-2025

Sounds like jealousy to me, when critiques come with broad brushing and no facts. If she effed up so badly how come she and her government were re elected so soundly? and then, in her absence lost the next one? How come she got her knighthood? How come the international community laud her? The Harvard fellowship? The name recognition?

All that just smoke and mirrors?

Nope. Heisenberg, you have blinkers on.

Oh, and no, I never voted for her. She's not left enough for me.

That really is a strangely warped view. But not uncommon among those who tend towards the right politically.

From what I've seen it does tend to mostly be right leaning voters who will use especially ugly terms to  describe political opponents, & especially if they happen to be women.
Which isn't to say that left leaning people don't also do so, but from what I've seen, just not to the same extent.
