There is a lot of speculation & rumour-mongering going on in the wake of this attempt; probably its best to wait for actual facts to emerge. AFAIK, not a damned thing ties the person responsible to BLM or ANTIFA but its hardly surprising they've been trotted out; I'm only surprised they haven't blamed gay or trans people.

Yeah, I suspect most will recall Trump's 'advice' back then; it took him quite a while & even then all he could come up with is 'we have to get over it'. Not so easy if you were one of the families affected..

There are so many questions being asked about the Trump 'shooting'.
Why was the security so poor that a gunman was able to position himself <150m from the stage on a prominant rooftop?
Despite what looks like a significant wound to Trump's ear there is no blood on his white shirt collar, or on the hand that he immediately put to his ear.
Why is there no follow-up media coverage whatsoever about Trump's medical condition?
Are the reports of Trump playing golf the following morning correct, and also the reports of his having no dressings to his ear at this time?
Why were the media team shepherded into close proximity of the stage prior to the shooting (for the best framing of their photos of the event?)? And why were press close enough to take the 'front cover' shots of the fist pumping acts of Trump after he was 'injured'?
Why were the warnings given by the MAGA guy who observed the gunman "bear crawling" up the roof with a rifle largely ignored by the police and security personnel he alerted?
Why did the secret service squad make such a poor job of covering visibility of Trump after the event allowing him to fully expose himself so any second 'assassin' could have taken that opportunity?
Why does it appear that the secret service personnel aren't wearing communications earpieces?
Plenty more unanswered questions but those are what come to mind for now. Something doesn't smell right regarding this pantomime.

Except for the awful reality that people died, and a couple are still critical from their injuries. It would take a particularly evil mind to dream up such a deliberate piece of very costly theatre, and while I have no doubt there are such people, eventually the truth gets out. Secret Service (SS) are saying that the Police did a bad job of surveillance and monitoring of the buildings and rooftops surrounding the perimeter of the venue, that it was their designated job to do that whereas the SS were only in charge of close monitoring of Trump and audience. Remember there are financial limits on how many SS members are deployed for each former President and actually Biden has just increased Trumps allocation since this incident.
If you look at the snipers that took the perp out they had Police uniforms on.
There is also an amazing picture of the trail (air disturbance) of the bullet going past Trumps head after nicking the top of his ear. There are rumours that it was a shard of glass from something on Trumps podium getting hit by a bullet, but this is incorrect, it was a close speeding bullet that caused the blood to flow. Trump turned his head at exactly the right moment to avoid serious injury to the back right hand side of his skull. There are diagrams showing how this occurred.
150 yards is a bit too far for accurate unfailing shooting using iron sights rather than optical sights, the 20 year old shooter was known in his school as a poor shot as well so not surprising he just missed, Trump leading a charmed life, only the good die young.
Lastly, I don't think it was staged even though that Iwo Jima type picture seems so fortuitous, I think Trump is an amazingly good opportunist and doesn't lack mettle which up until now I have seen no evidence of in his previous behaviour. He showed a lot of guts in this incident but he has done in another way in the past by ripping and grifting so many people seemingly oblivious to the fact that many people will hate his guts and want revenge as a result of his careless, greedy non empathetic actions.
I think an extreme narcissistic personality covers all the bases as a diagnosis of who he is and what he has done through his life. I just don't know why he hasn't come to a sticky end up until now however.

Yes, there seems to be reports of the public spotting the shooter with the rifle on the rooftop but the SS/police not taking it very seriously, now it looks like they are finger pointing the blame at each other?
Unfortunately this has sparked numerous conspiracy theories as a result which is inevitable in this situation regardless.
When I first saw that picture of the bullet captured, I thought it might have been fake but turns out it was real, the camera must have been filming at a reasonably high framerate to capture that im assuming?
Seems pretty amateurish if the shooter was using iron sights, 150 yards is a fair way away for an accurate shot as you say.
