Could be, or laziness on the part of the press.
They seems to sometimes use labels for everything - 'proud community' gets used frequently...surely, there must be some ashamed communities somewhere out there.
Possibly the ones which contain politicians...

I'm starting to think that perhaps people spreading this dangerous bollocks should be held responsible for their comments; & anything which results from it. The damage they could cause is alarming.
IF the govt genuinely could control the weather then it would be far more likely to prevent cyclones, hurricans, flooding etc. etc. if only because of the cost.
But these people appear to be unable to comprehend that.

Probably..although looking back at history, there were also a lot of people who were sure that the Jews were to blame for everything, maybe its a human thing.
