The plot thickens with this story.
There is some speculation that it was a professional hit job. Just been watching this story
And here is some more analysis on the matter, likely not a professional job, but could have been a rather inexperienced hitman, but i guess now that the shooter has been apprehended, we should have a better idea soon.
