I have moved on to the Christchurch Reddit page /r/chch. There are other local pages such as Auckland and a general one for all of NZ.

That's why I have not been on here for a long time. But I'm much too busy at the moment to be spending much time on message boards anyway.

I went on there and thought wow this is going to be the death nail of boards like this but found out it's literally like the biggest physical message board in the world that you place a post it note on and that is where it pretty much starts and stops, lacks intimate (dare say) interaction between members. Plus you take the time out to post what I think lol is good advice and the mods on some of the boards come in and say this topic has reached its karma length freshhold, another "post it note" has been placed.
Guess it has it's place if you like reading with bugger all interaction.

Must say great business model, get members to start topic categories and moderate them and collect the advertising revenue.
