A few of National's long-standing MPs calling it a day. Maybe an indication that they envision another term in opposition and aren't interested in being in that situation for another 4 years during what will be a very challenging time for NZ.

Nick Smith is one of the few old faces there now. Is his retirement too much to wish for?

Poor Paula. Backed the wrong horse/donkey and found herself alienated by the rest of the party for her troubles.

The way they're going, National might need to rebrand itself as the All White Party. Luckily they've still got Paul Goldsmith. He's as Maori as they come!
