Samsung LU28R550U + Win11 HDR - Galaxy01 - 25-08-2023 Bought my new Samsung LU28R550U 4K monitor and Win11 complains that HDR is not supported! How to turn it ON? RE: Samsung LU28R550U + Win11 HDR - Wainuitech - 25-08-2023 All depends on the rest of the Computer Specs. What Graphic Card do you Have ? Edited: (again) Look at the picture it says in the Monitor manual what Graphics support HDR. Can also be software, codecs may not be installed or enabled Have a read of the Specs https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/display-requirements-for-hdr-video-in-windows-192f362e-1245-e14d-3d3f-4b3fc606b80f Then you'll need to find out whats missing. You can also search Google for HDR not supported in Windows 11. You'll get plenty of options, YOU need to work though and see whats missing on your computer. The article may or may not help as well. theres no 1 single cause, you need to work though to find out whats yours ![]() https://windowsreport.com/windows-11-auto-hdr-not-working/ While this is TV it will still apply https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/hdr-option-missing/td-p/1690146 |
