Anti-government advert on telly - king1 - 14-09-2023

anyone know who is doing that anti government attack advert on telly?  i'm seeing / hearing it in TV3, just on now during the news.   but there was no identifying "authorised by" info I could see, usually required for political parties... keep missing the beginning of it

Any clues?

Only one I saw was the National Party one, with no authorisation bit.

It was pretty much ignorable. Lot of blue in it though. But no American style authorisation tag.

the one i saw didn't seem to come across as being a national advert, it was loud and trashy looking in style

found the rule here
https://elections.nz/guidance-and-rules/advertising-and-campaigning/about-election-advertising/

every advert is required to have the promoter and promoter address, even third parties.

There was one on earlier about govt borrowing & debt with lots of large red writing in it & as far as I could see,no ID or authorising.
