ublock origin issue - 1101 - 13-11-2023

Hi.
After updating Ublock Origin (Firefox) , it now is disabled everytime I start FF.
I have to manually enable it every time.
Ive tried updating FF , removing & re-adding ublock origin , staring FF in admin mode
Quite annoying, especially as I didnt have the issue untill I upadted ublock origin (youtube was detcting my old Ublock & then blocked me)

Any ideas. Cheers

You have to completely remove Firefox, that means getting rid of the Firefox profile as well which doesn't happen in a normal un-install.

Try using Revo un-installer or search for the Firefox profile folder manually and delete it.

I can't tell you where it is (Firefox profile) and this is the reason why I always use Portable Firefox and by deleting the Portable Firefox folder all is deleted without an un-install.

Why not try the Extended Service Release version of Firefox, then you don't have to un-instal your original version?

The two version won't run at the same time but they can co-exist on the same computer without one affecting the other.

That worked, I uninstalled & manually deleted Mozilla & profile data folder
