Yes. It loads OK with MS Edge.
Isn't that Lotto's official site?

https://mylotto.co.nz/ is the official lotto site in NZ, but they must be having issues with FF at the moment...

I know, seems lazy to me. I sent a report through firefox 'report this site' in the menu, maybe something can get done...

Try this add on to get round the problem choose anything but Firefox and it will be goodbye problem, works ok on my computer.
