Continuous notifications about something I don't know much about. There is "Don't show again" option but I'd like to understand what it's over. Should I be concerned?

Its basically Sort of a feature that's inbuilt into Windows 11.

If you don't want it at all, simply turn it off. ( instructions in Videos)

Thanks Wainui, I got those things sorted.
I'd installed PowerToys for the Image-Resizer which is particularly useful.
