John Key named in insider trading - Lilith7 - 20-05-2024

Twelve people including former PM John Key have been named in a class action which alleges insider trading.

Obviously he says its all bollocks & can't comment further since its before the courts... Rolleyes

He's right about not discussing something that is before the courts; that is standard advice for absolutely anyone involved in a legal proceeding.

Also, does innocent until proven guilty apply to everyone or just Green MPs?

Being innocent until proven guilty shouldn't set aside any scrutiny? That's all that is happening...
