Casey Costello denied that it existed. Now, she's released it but with parts redacted.
Perhaps its time to put an end to lobby groups.

True - he's more likely to just let it slide after making a few slightly disapproving noises about it; nothing too strong of course.
Te ao with Moana last night had both Chris Hipkins & Chloe Swarbrick...some interesting comments on this govt & amazingly, Hipkins actually said that his govt had got some things wrong.
