Win11 can't restart - Galaxy01 - 31-10-2024
My Win11 Pro sometimes cannot Restart. Nothing showed on screen but can hear fans spinning. I got to press the ON/OFF button to shut it down and then press it again to start it.
Any suggestions?

this kind of problem I would usually start by having a look at the system and application event logs in the Event Viewer, see if any relevant errors around the time of failure.
A generic kind of fix for some of these sort of problems is to disable fast startup

Problem only started recently, probably after one of the updates.
It restarts OK sometimes.

you could have a look in the windows updates history, maybe a graphics driver has been updated. System restore is always an option if it is a recent change, but I would defer the windows updates after that for a month or so, if you suspect a driver issue.
