Really, Jenny Shipley disagrees with Seymour - Lilith7 - 16-11-2024 I'm not easily shocked, but I really, really, never thought I'd agree with Jernny Shipley! ![]() ![]() And a very uncomfortable exerience it is,too.... ![]() Nonetheless credit where its due; she's saying that 'ACT is inviting civil war with its treaty principles bill'. I think I might need a cuppa... https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/political/533944/treaty-principles-bill-inviting-civil-war-jenny-shipley-says RE: Really, Jenny Shipley disagrees with Seymour - Olive - 16-11-2024 (16-11-2024, 02:33 PM)Lilith7 Wrote: I'm not easily shocked, but I really, really, never thought I'd agree with Jernny Shipley! That was exactly my reaction. Surprised, and needing an uncomfortable few minutes to remember that apart from her commercial shenanigans she was actually not too bad compared with what we have now. It's the same as the uncomfortable realisation that Judith Collins actually seems quite acceptable compared with the other contenders for National leader. Judith Collins of all people, actually being a better prospect than some others..whoever would have thought! ![]() Just don't let Ruth Richardson say anything... ![]() ![]() RE: Really, Jenny Shipley disagrees with Seymour - Lilith7 - 18-11-2024 David Seymour comments on Jenny Shipley's comment, saying she put as much care into her comments as she did in reviewing accounts when director of Mainzeal. And he thinks that Chris Finlayson should be ready to move on.. Hawaii, New York, Cook Islands & London from memory (I have only limited access Twitter now that I've disabled my account there). The international ripples of this action are spreading far and wide. Brilliant! I hope it spreads & this idiot govt is forced to bin it. ![]() I suspect that David Seymour & this govt had badly underestimated the reaction from the public; they'd surely have to be extremely foolish to continue against such widespread & passionate opposition to it. It's as if the Atlas Network hasn't updated his script over the last few days. Being an old-style trouper he's valiantly blustering on, calling on all of his best insults. Maybe he's had some training from Winston. RE: Really, Jenny Shipley disagrees with Seymour - Oh_hunnihunni - 19-11-2024 It is a sure marker for a dinosaur isn't it?
