Those poor people. They are about to find out just how it feels to front up to Winz. They have my deepest sympathy. Especially considering the orders handed down to Winz staffers about dealing with client requests.
Even the other side of those offices, our superannuitant side, known for being so much kinder and more helpful, is feeling the cold draught from those directives.

Perhaps its time we stipulated that all govt - & all sitting politicians - must live on the equivalent of the lowest wage or benefit, with exrtra funding available for travel, etc.
I suspect that might bring about a few changes fairly speedily...
