Yes he did put his hand on his heart - very,very briefly, after which he made a salute which is very,very,very similar to a nazi salute, so hardly surprising that it is being claimed to be a nazi salute.

I always thought the "heart goes out to you" symbolism was crossed hands touching heart then moving horizontally outwards into a palms up position.

Anyway, putting all that aside, I don't see the media kicking up a stink about all the democrats who do nazi salutes, if it's OK for them, then why give elon a hard time?
