The two dogs are called Cody and Blue, the man responsible for the Drone videography and activities in general is Andrew Camarata, who is well known on uTube.

Take a bit of time to watch this it's really quite entertaining, the dogs on their own are worth watching.

Andrew Camarata doing more amazing thing about 3 years ago when his old dog Levi was still alive and he hadn't got Blue yet, and Cody was about a year or so old puppy, maybe a bit more. More amazing videography amongst all his other talents.
Upper State of NY seems to have lots of opportunity to buy land.

Plenty of toys and all of them reliant on burning fossil fuels. Says a bit about the US attitude towards energy wastage.
