In another post you mention the US having 36 trillion of debt yet here you are quibbling about millions and even tens of 1,000s of dollars. The points you've raised here are not even chicken feed in the greater picture. You need to gain some perspective and a basic understanding of mathematics.

It all adds up, and while it looks like chicken feed, you really need to see the rest of the rubbish USAID was spending, it runs into the billions.
