heisenburg is definitely not a fan of long sentences. Usually seems to have trouble stringing more than half a dozen words together and punctuation is totally off the menu.

Wouldn't work here - it requires intelligence on the part of policymakers and the spending of money - and what would lazy politicians do if they couldn't whip up unease and hate in the unthinking fools who support them?
