First I've heard of this. Williams syndrome, people who are too friendly, they don't fear or mistrust,strangers.

Side note, sort of... I watched a fascinating if slightly ick doco on a chimpanzee called Oliver. Made me wonder about the way so many people differentiate between animals and humans. Do they really not understand humans ARE animals?
