The man was smashed most of the time, so no not Muldoon. Though he was entertaining. And grew beautiful lilies. But according to Thea, power corrupted him...

I was young, but Kirk because he stopped conscription (a worry for me, because no fucking way...) and had a superannuation scheme that would've worked.

Unfortunately, he's slightly dead but I suspect Rod Donald might have done a good job if given the chance.

And I'd agree that Big Norm could have probably done well had he survived longer.
