Stuff is asking for people to write opinion pieces, I'm sure there will be quite a few voicing their opinions there. Maybe it's worth a shot to write your opinion (500 words or less) and hope it is published. A small gesture but if enough of us speak out publicly, maybe our 'leaders' (and I use that word loosely specially after seeing Winnie have a hissy fit over wearing hi-viz) will 'hear' what we have to say. Just a thought.

Hamas has actually offered both those options. Netanyahu has turned them down. He wants Gaza wiped out and has made that clear to Trump, and the UK, both of whom continue to ship weapons to Israel.
Next suggestion?

Arrest Netanyahu & his govt, & Hamas leaders. Charge the lot with war crimes.
Contact the peace groups with both Israeli & Palestinian members & get them to work together to set up a two state solution, most of which will be paid for by the Israeli govt, which can cut back on its weapons for war budget.
Put grandmothers from both sides in as leaders until it's accomplished, with an end target of both countries becoming peaceful & neutral countries.
