I think the term we're looking for here is 'megalomania'.

EU clashes with Trump after new laws tighten control on big tech

Yeah Trump doesn't believe in Global Warming or windmills for that matter, we have a mad man running the USA and trying to dictate the future of the world, he's effectively taking us back to the middle 1950's when according to him the world was a better place.

Why does that philosophy sound familiar?? Winston Peters, Shane Jones, ???

The man's a wuckfit, not fit to hold office. Immature, lacking comprehension, compassion, empathy & clearly also good taste - have you seen that godawful tacky gold everywhere in the White House now??!!

I would like to see every last leader of every country, at least in the western world, stand up & tell Netanyahu that he's no better than a nazi & he needs to stop the war. NOW.
And it wouldn't hurt if the King got up on his hind legs too & told that Netanyahu to end the war now, pointing out the similarity between his actions & thise of the nazis in the Warsaw ghetto.

Evil. Netanyahu is evil. He has attacked every neighbour he has. This latest murderous attack on the leadership of Yemen is unconscionable.

If any other leader did this there would be outrage, but not on this war criminal. He has the world terrorised.

There have been massive protests in Israel against him which he just continues to ignore. Imo, he & his govt should be arrested for war crimes.
And yet America continues to supply him with weapons...

Those who are making money aren't bothered. Dodgy Angry

Netanyahu and his cronies have effective control of the US government so it is no surprise at all that the US continues to support them no matter what they do.

This control is partly achieved via AIPAC and the huge amounts of funding provided to various members of the US government: their own website proudly proclaims that they "supported 361 pro-Israel Democratic and Republican candidates in 2024 with more than $53 million in direct support through AIPAC". If anyone on the "payroll" speaks out against Israel, their funding gets switched off, and AIPAC will then sponsor a new candidate to run against them.

Not openly proclaimed (but I believe it just as firmly) is that Israel also have bucket-loads of dirt on a many many public figures, with which they can blackmail anyone tempted to speak out.

I wouldn't be surprised. Even little old NZ has had its moments with Mossad 's spies using stolen kiwi passports for its international skullduggery.

The thing that disgusts me most though is Israel's leadership's continued insistence on calling itself the victim, while relying on the fact few understand its history, or the role Europe paid not only in its establishment on stolen Palestinian land, but it's populating, with Jews from all over the world, most without a drop of semitic blood in their veins. Or their genes...

It is a complete tragedy, for all involved. The unintended consequences of resolving a burden of guilt and grief...
