We are all going to be exposed to the virus, eventually. Vaccination gives you a good chance of fighting it off relatively easily.

I'd say that ALL Airport workers who are either 'customer facing' or handing customers bags, cleaning aeroplanes etc should be vaccinated for both their own and the customers protection.  Yeah AirNz has stated all it's staff must be vaccinated BUT there's a hell of a lot of staff at any airport who are not AirNz employees.
