Movie studios will need permission to use deceased in AI

This is a good thing and definitely needed... 

Without it studios could literally resurrect any deceased actor and use their likeness in movies, rather than an actual living actor/actress...

This is California only at the moment but expected to be implemented world wide in due course...

Yeah I was reading about that, its already caused a bit of a stir in films such as Star Wars and Alien to name a few.
