Not even slightly - it all just seems to zoom overhead. He's apparently on the autism spectrum, he has Aspergers. Whether that's why he doesn't grasp some things or not I really don't know but I don't think he should be in charge of anything much, let alone anything important.

Nah, aspergers is really prevalent in high achievers, not all of them are this nutty. This is directly down to his childhood, and the traumas that have shaped him. But you are right, he needs to be in care, not in charge. He's dangerous. Like his mate, Elon. There's another one, I give him the same amateur diagnosis from reading about his early years.
