Very interesting ruling, coming from a Trump appointee; Trump does NOT have authority for removing people - the Alien Enemies Act can only be used in time of war. And America isn't at war with Venezuala.
Can we expect a tantrum from the Orange Peril at any minute...?
I'd like to think they'll now have to return every last person they've removed, supply them any medical care (free) caused by the trauma & even pay those & their families some compensation.
But I won't hold my breath.
