And back that many million years plants were sequestering that carbon. Now we're merrily burning the fossil fuels that those plants turned into over the millenia. Is it any wonder that atmospheric CO2 levels are increasing by the degree they are as we release all that long stored carbon?

They go on about CO2 but dont mention carbon monoxide, the stuff people use to top themselves.

Carbon monoxide is not a normal constituent of the atmosphere.
