Muslim schools in lockdown, Auckland
#1
What the hell did this govt would think was likely to happen, once they removed the funding, fgs. Open season for racist idiots... Dodgy Angry

Two schools have had to go into lockdown after receiving threatening videos, with another on resricted access. The video shows a man showing guns in a car while randomly shooting & appears to be a deliberate threat against Muslims.

And yet, when Tarrent attacked, No-one picked on Labour and Jacinda for changing the laws that they could apply online for Gun licence, And the fact that the video isn't confurmed to be in New Zealand.

If you're referring to the Christchurch gunman's streamed video what reason have you got for not trusting its validity?

what don't you apply for online nowadays?  the application is just that, an application - the person applying is still going to get looked at...

i'm thinking swivel means the video sent to the school... but regardless of where it was filmed the police kinda have to take it seriously these days, thanks in no small part to the Christchurch gunman/nutcase and his ilk

Yeah, Not Tarrents video's, The ones sent to the school. Yes it sucks for this to happen, but the police are limited and charges are a joke.

It scarcely matters whether the video was filmed here or overseas; the intent was very clearly the same & that is what matters.

Given the terrorist attack here, something like this has to be taken seriously & remoiving funding seems to have sent a signal to those of a racist view. Dodgy

The threat is now believed to have come from overseas.
