Yelp disables comments on the McDonald’s that hosted Trump after influx of one-star reviews
https://www.cnbc.com/2024/10/22/yelp-dis...sited.html
“The fries were too salty as if someone who lost a major election had been crying over them for an hour,” read a one-star review posted Oct. 21.
LOL

According to many news media, including WAPO:
"The restaurant was closed to the public during Trump’s visit, and the motorists whom Trump served were screened by the U.S. Secret Service and positioned before his arrival. No one ordered food. Instead, the attendees received whatever Trump gave them.
Trump was at the fry station for about five minutes and spent about 15 minutes at the drive-through window, much of it taking questions from reporters."
I also read with interest that today in the US there has been an e-coli alert related to McDonalds Big Macs. One person has died, so it's serious.

This outbreak is not related to Trumps tomfoolery.

Not the Big Macs! What a catastrophe!
Years ago around the time the first McD's came to Queen St, I worked for Drake International as a headhunter and the South African area manager used to call me Big Mac, in an effort to get a rise out of me. He didn't know I had been raised by a Scot who was a master at the teasing game. But I have had a soft spot (my mouth) for Big Macs ever since...
Preferably without a side serve of e coli!
