It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche

This world would be a perfect place if it wasn't for the people.

The suggestion is that either Musk was off his meds, or he was cross about the electric vehicle windfall for him being pulled, or the comment by Gates about the look of the richest man in the world killing the poorest children, or he was pissed at being fired - or for all of those reasons, whatever inspired it it is fascinating how the President is suddenly being so calm and quiet about the critique. If a reporter had said that he'd have been apoplectic...

I guess Elon's money bought him a leave pass of sorts. Probably temporary at best...

Or, in line with the "Tech Bro Billionaire Peter Theil" thread content Musk's digital activities over recent months now has him holding significant control over Trump even though Musk is no longer physically in the White House.

He's trying to redeem himself for what he did to the American people whilst he was running D.O.G.E..

He's realized that, as he is saying, the time is coming when the people will vote and they are not going to be happy with Trump or Musk.

Just found this on Reddit.

LOVE this from Elon:"I'm sorry but I just can't stand it any more. This massive, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. In November next year,we fire ll politicians who betrayed the American people."

REALLY dear - are you 100% SURE that's a good idea...?? Its just that - you never know just who could be included in that. Do you...??? Rolleyes  Big Grin Big Grin

Perhaps still a bit premature, but I could have sworn I heard the sound of pigeons overhead.

Coming home to roost....

Oh boy, the shite is hitting the fan with Musk putting the Epstein connection into the mix. Elon is weally weally cwoss now. Tantrum time and early to bed in tears for someone.

It's a bit like one of those dinosaur docos when the two big ugly behemoths start whacking at each other with horns and fleshy bits. Hilarious if it wasn't so damned dangerous for anything near by...

People don't like Elon.

Scott Galloway delivering what has to be the most epic scorched earth breakdown of Elon Musk ever aired to date.

Neither of these two is a mastermind, they seem idiotic, like comic book villains feuding; when the elephants fight, the grass gets trampled.

Elon is mad because he's been used and now betrayed and Trump is on his home ground, fighting over something or another to gain advantage or make a point, I can't believe the speed of the breakdown of their collaboration.

They both need to be sent to the headmaster to get the cane for disrupting the adults.

I don't think that either Trump or Musk is quite right in the head - more so than a bit of eccentricity. And apparently Musk is now trying to encourage any anti trump Republicans. Dodgy

SO glad we don't live there...
