Thumbnails won't load

There have been several thumbnails added to posts on this site recently. Everytime I click on them to expand them I get a message to say that it can't be done at this time, try again later. How can I fix please?

if you click the police car you get that message?

Working fine at this end, 

what kind of device are you on? 
browser are you using? 
any ad/script blocking in use?

Does the darker image viewer overlay display?

you could try CTRL F5 on windows to force a full refresh
