Outlook 2019

I used to be able to send email to myself to test that it's sending and receiving correctly.

But for no reasons, I sent an email to myself, my Outlook 2019 sent it out OK,  Xtramail  (web) received it fine but Outlook 2019 doesn't receive it.

Please help.

OK. Sorted.

It went to the Junk folder. But why?

Strange things happen. I emailed one of my addresses from another and it took several hours to arrive in the inbox.
