Has anyone installed the new update from Microsoft for Windows 11?

KB5044384 (24H2) and if so what was the result... did it install OK?

I found that it installed on two of my PCs but ran into problems on my main PC an ASUS Z490 with i7 10700K.

Tried again and got an error code 0x80028017 which apparently means I cannot connect to the MS Server. I will remain at 24H2.2610.2033 until it is sorted.

How to check whether it has been installed or not?

Either run winver in the search box or just have a look at the Update History.

I had an issue with KB5043178 not installing and found that I had to install KB5043080 fist and then all went well . I note there have been several other updates that fail because KB5043080 was not installed.
