Thumbs Up
Google pushing manifest V3 appears to be playing a role.
TLDR, skip to the last section of this video, dont think Chrome will go away any time soon, but people are aware of what Google has been doing.

I've stayed with FF for many years - have Chrome there in case of something that needs a different browser, but only used it a handful of times.
And youtube would be a real pita without uBlock Origin - I've seen you tube on other peeps computers and my god, I couldn't handle those efing adds for very long!
Great to see some coming back to FF...

Manifest V3, Ad Blockers, Extensions and What You Should Know

It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche

Ive been with FF since it began. Cant really fault it, its more that Chrome integrates all your google services into the one browser and is the main reason its so popular.
The internet is unusable without an adblocker these days, and obviously its hurting Googles main revenue stream.
The biggest problem is how much influence Google has placed on web standards that are now forcing web developers to comply, hence why some sites work better or faster on Chrome.
