Sad to see FFD's lead shuffle off and thankful of the performance of theirs I heard and saw a few years back at WOMAD. Very tight musical arrangement which did have echoes of The Black Seeds in that regard.

I've often wondered about the origin of the band's name 'Fat Freddy's Drop'. The real story is something I couldn't have imagined. I stand educated.

Me too, but I had wondered about the name. I hope they can keep going.
