How govt intends to fix poverty
#1
Louise Upston apparently knows more than the experts who advised govt that 3 billion a year is needed to fix poverty. Govt 'disagrees with that advice & is taking a different approach to the previous govt.'   They 'want to get more households into work' so you have to wonder why they've slashed so many jobs.

"Lifting children out of poverty is the moral obligation of any good govt. This one clearly doesn't have doesn't have any morals & continues underhanded action" said Labour's  Carmel Sepuloni.

"want to get more households into work"....Guess how they'll do that? Cutting benefits, and abolishing the minimum wage. Any job, however poorly paid, is better than living under a bridge, starving...
