Putin and Lukashenko won't be bluffing, they mean it.

It's to let the West know that Russia is ready and waiting with viable nuclear weapons.

All I do know is that Putin has made many threats of nukes and not used them, and here we are with Ukraine occupying Russian ground and still no nukes to be seen.
It's going to be worse than any WW3 should Putin use a nuke.

It was an amazing demo and impressed me and others who saw it.

I think it was called Hazel Tree. It's an older modified Full Range Ballistic Missile.
