It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche

Good grief - monstrous. They clearly neither know nor care about the long term effects such treatment is likely to have on those kids. They might just as well be reading text from advice on "How to create future, long term criminals" for pity's sake. Dodgy

It will be indigenous (Aborigine) children not immigrant (European/Caucasian) ones, what's the bet?

Almost certainly;they're usually in the majority for the prison stats over there.
That really is disgraceful; in the case of kids with foetal alcohol syndrome they're at roughly the age of a normal three year old so those delightful police are effectively putting three year olds into the 'isolation room' which is apparently freezing cold & about the size of a large cupboard.

And they really don't appear to care, even the top cop didn't seem too bothered. Angry  Dodgy

I SO hope youngest grandson doesn't end up living there.
