Motorola moto8, recently when I swith it on, after entering my password, it shows a screenwith a game called "dragon shadow".  It wont allow me to close it, or do anything else.  What can I do with it?

First just try and reset it as per goolge:

To restart a Motorola Moto G8 Power, press and hold the Power button for 10-20 seconds, or press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until the phone restarts.
Here's a more detailed explanation:
Force Reboot (Soft Reset):
If your Moto G8 Power becomes unresponsive, frozen, or the screen is blank, you can try a force reboot.
Method 1: Press and Hold Power Button: Press and hold the Power key for 10-20 seconds until the device restarts and goes through the boot-up sequence.
Method 2: Press and Hold Power and Volume Down: Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until the phone restarts.
Note: Data on your phone will not be deleted during a force reboot.
If the phone doesn't restart:
Ensure your device is charged to a minimum of 5%.
If your battery is below 5%, the device may not power on. A completely drained device should be charged for a minimum of 15 minutes using the provided charger.

If all else fails google how to force a factory reset and start over, you will lose anything not saved online though.
Pictures, contacts, etc, depending if you set them to save online or not may be lost.

Someone else may have a better solution.

can you swipe up from the bottom of the screen? that is the usual way to get the open apps and close them

Thanks Dugimodo, The first solution worked, I held the Power botton for a count of about 15, the Motorola logo came up and it restarted normally.
