Receive Updates for other Ms Products

In Win 11 Updates - Advanced Options, the facility to receive updates for other MS Products is greyed out with a message that the setting isn't available due to your organisations policies. How do I turn it on?

Ive seen this a bit on work computers where the employer sets a group policy.
Presuming its an ex-lease or other secondhand unit that you own, here is a guide to get around it.
