NZ methane emissions don't even register on the map

Yet we are still planning to send 21 billion dollars overseas due to the Paris agreement.
This whole thing is a scam and the global elites will be laughing.

Good thing that Trump pulled out of it, the rest of the world will probably follow suit hopefully

Did you feel that way when we stood up against nukes?

Trump is a dyed in the wool capitalist anachronism from the middle of the last century and as such willing to lead us into disaster as all resources are used up on a finite Earth and global warming overtakes us as it already is and in fact it may already be too late even without Trump et al using up all the resources.
It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche

But 21 billion dollars from a country that makes a fraction of the world's methane emissions is going to make all our problems go away.

No. Ct, it's about accountability, and stepping up to international responsibilities. Trump is pulling the US out of all these moral obligations, I'm proud to be a citizen of a country that doesn't think that this the best way to go.

Btw, ct, where do you get the 21 billion figure from? Seeing even Treasury cannot give clear figures...

It might have been this here, sounds like it's essentially a fine depending on how much we lower our emissions.
Obviously the target for 2030 is unrealistic, so it could cost us anywhere up to 24 billion how I interpret it.
