We had a great white attack a swimmer on waihi beach a year or two back, they must be getting up in numbers.
It's a little cause for concern, but your chances of being attacked are still fairly low. I think Australia takes it far more seriously than us, but I believe they have been monitoring the numbers, so its good to have an idea. |
