Latest report on RadioNZ was that blast crater analysis will be used to ascertain what direction missile came from. Also heard perhaps from an earlier report that it may have been a (Russian) near miss meant for a nearby strategic bridge in Ukraine.
This has the potential to change the terrain significantly. Hopefully cool heads prevail. |
