Yeah, it's not the cars, it's not the roads...it's the drivers. The driving test doesn't need to be ''tougher'' - are you all Luxton fans ? It needs to have more content towards ''driving on the roads.'' Defensive Driving courses would be a great help...maybe. I've done a couple, the first time I was sent by the courts when I lost my license for dangerous driving amid other offenses when I was 20. It didn't teach me a thing, I knew all that stuff already...that's how I drove and rode, and still do, I imprinted that as a teenager. The 2nd time was when I wanted to be a Driving Instructor, and a Riding Instructor, because back in the '80's I thought these young guys couldn't ride for shit. The guy who took the course had English as a 3rd or 4th language, and I didn't learn a thing again. I wonder what these things are about now. I can guess - objectives and outcomes...bullshit speak.
